Two Rakhines Mercilessly Decapitated A Rohingya Innocent

Buthidaung: Two Moghs (Rakhines) brutally murdered a Rohingya in a village tract of Buthidaung Township on 23rd September 2018 and Gov’t forces are trying to shield the murderers, reports a local.

A Rohingya shop owner hailing from Keprodong (Kyaw Phu Taung) village of northern Buthidaung was mercilessly decapitated by two extremist Rakhines at around 9:30 PM, while returning his home.

The victim was identified to be Muhammed Hussain S/O Abdu Rahman who owns a shop in the area. He was called by the Rakhines with the excuse of purchasing motor cycle’s oil and there he was killed brutally.

The two murderers were identified to be hailing from ward four and later were arrested by Border Guard Police (BGP) of battalion no.13.

Even after catching them red-handed, BGP’s are still trying to shield them and accuse local villagers as his murderers.

This situation has further tightened up Rohingya’s fear of lives and they are need of immediate protection and security.

Every second day a case of murder or torture are reported from northern Buthidaung Township, making lives of the reaming Rohingya more vulnerable and risky in their own soil.
