Buthidaung: Border Guard Police (BGP), along with Rakhine extremists, Murung and Chakma from the village of Aung Ziya blazed some Rohingya Houses and World Food program (WFP)’s depository in Chumbong and Atthey Chaungdaung hamlets on 17th October, 2017, reports locals.
Border Guard Police (BGP), along with Rakhine extremists, Murung and Chakma from the village of Aung Ziya initially blazed 10 Rohingya’s houses in Chaukseyro village of Kyumeauk hamlet of Taungbazar,Buthidaung Township.
Later they moved towards the Kunkharafara (Alleyrewa) village, Atthey Chaungdaung hamlet and burnt a World Food program (WFP)’s Depository along with 5 Rohingya houses.
Today (18th October, 2017) a Rohingya was found dead in the Changirifara of Minbya Township. The victim was found in the area of Border Guard police (#BGP) camp, where he was working since 6-7 years. “He was killed by the BGP, which they have been doing with the Rohingyas” says a local from the area.
Killing and balzing of Rohingya houses on daily basis are driving the remaining Rohingyas of Buthidaung township, where thousands of Rohingyas were seen to queue up along the border between Bangladesh and Burma.
