Police Extorted Money From an Innocent Rohingya in Buthidaung
BGP IN DABBRO CONG VILLAGE, BUTHIDAUNG DAILY TORTURES AND ABUSES ROHINGYA FOR MONEY EXTORTION IN MARKET PLACE, COMPLAINS A LOCAL.

Buthidaung: Border Guard Polices (BGP) in the Dabbro Cong Village daily harasses Arakanese Rohingya with false allegations and threatens them to detain for money extortion according to suffering villagers.
Recently an innocent Rohingya was targeted by BGP, where he was called to the BGP camp while shopping. Later they demanded 10, 00000 Kyats and threatened him to detain. In order to safe guard himself from torture and detention he had to pay the demanded amount.
Money Extortion by BGP, Military, and Na Tha La (Maughs) Villagers have been a rooted tool since the military rule, where new government is evidencing to follow the foot prints of the previous brutal government.
