Myanmar Military Ransacked Rohingyas’ Ready Money to Rations

Buthidaung: Burmese military along with sycophants openly burgled Rohingyas’ home from rations to ready money in villages of Buthidaung Township on 1st December 2017, reports locals.

Military from battalion no. 552 along with the information provided by sycophants named to be Hamid and Fayas entered the village of Bo Gyi Chaung of Mingisi (Mei Gaung Sey) village track and extorted ready money and valuable cattle. The victims and list of grabbed materials were identified:

  1. Amin S/O Muhibullah – 350, 000 Kyats
  2. Ayub S/O Muhammed Shafi – 350, 000 Kyats
  3. Amin – 22 cows

Similar incidence took place in a village of Mingisi (Mei Gaung Sey) village track, where 6 cows were looted from a Rohingya identified to be Fayas S/O Mujib.

On the same day the same sycophants entered the village of Hormura (Seu Ruwa) of the same village track and looted 880 tonnes of rice from a Rohingya’s house and sold them illegally. The owner was identified to be Sayed Alam, who were forced to leave for Bangladesh in fear of their lives along with him family members.

Grabbing the little remaining ready money and rations in the region are forcing the remaining Rohingyas to leave towards Bangladesh, where in such inhumane situation Burma-Bangladesh have signed deal of illogical repatriation of Rohingyas.
