Maungdaw: Myanmar military and police patrolled in the whole village of Khuir Hali (Hlay Ra), a village in northern Maungdaw on 9th July 2017, reports a suffering local.

In the raids they assembled all the villagers including women, children, and men at around 4 am, into the village school and started illegal checking to local villagers.

Moreover, in the siege they severely abused and tortured Rohingya, including vulnerable women and children.

Later, they distributed forms in all the area in order to take signatures from all types of religious scholars and respected people.
