Maungdaw: Military & Police collaboratively torched 2 more Rohingya houses in a village of northern Maungdaw Township yesterday (29th December 2017), reports sources.
Burmese Military along with Police arrived in the village at afternoon (12 PM) and torched down two Rohingya houses in Salifarang (Myo Taung) village and destructed completely.
“They torched both the houses at sharp daylight fearlessly in front of our eyes and we could not do anything” explains a local helplessly.
Both of the house owners were Rohuingya and are identified to be Nurul Amin S/O Sirajul Islam and Badu Ullah S/O Abdu Suban.
Since 25th August 2017, Burmese forces have forced almost 700, 000 Rohingyas to flee towards Bangladesh and made Arakan (Rakhine) an open hell for the remaining Rohingya, where inhumane crime like fire and looting are common scenes.
