Military Forcefully Uses Rohingya’s Vehicle in Buthidaung

Buthidaung: Military patrolled and forcefully used Rohingya’s vehicles in a village of Buthidaung Township on 1st February 2018, reports villagers.

Military from the battalion no. 263 since 11:00 AM stationed at the secondary school of Gu Dar Pyin village track and few other stationed at the Sin Di Prang (Say Yi Pya) village.

Later 4 military stationing at the Sin Di Prang (Say Yi Pya) to patrol all over the village and snatched 15 Motor cycles belonging to Rohingya forcefully to use.

At around 04:00 PM 14 military personnel riding on 7 motorcycle patrolled all over the village including outskirts and hilly areas as well. After conducting suspicious patrolling all over the region at 07:00 PM out of 14 military only 7 military returned and others are still heard to be stationing in the hilly areas.

Burmese authorities’ persecution on the remaining Rohingya is rapidly heading to a level of intolerance for commons and are pushing them towards the edge of no choice, whether to die in authorities’ hands or in the sea journey.
