Maungdaw: Burmese brutal forces are vanishing Rohingyas’s existence in villages which they blazed after 25th August 2017 in Maungdaw Township, reports local.

Authorities are using rollers and bulldozers to vanish the Rohingya’s infrastructures like buildings, Mosques and Religious schools in Zammonia, Horotolibil, Haindafara and other nearby villages which they blazed in late 2017.

In their inhumane activities they are targeting existing houses and religious structures to demolish completely and after demolishing they are preparing temporary camps for the returning Rohingya.

“They are doing it purposely to make us homeless in our own villages and it’s their plan to set up internally displaced people’s camp (IDP) like Akyab (Sittwe) and make us suffer” says a Rohingyas who was threatened to leave his burnt down village.

In partially burnt down village authorities are forcing and threatening villagers to leave the village. In areas like Lapogong and nearby villages they have already planned to bulldoze the remaining houses and religious structures. Earlier in December 2017 17 Mosques were bulldozed in Haindafara village.

Blazing and Bulldozing Rohingya’s houses and religious structures seems to be a part of new plan of the Burmese government, leaving remaining and returning Rohingya in extreme fear of further persecution in the region.
