Maungdaw: 10 Rohingya bodies found in mass graves unfolded on 18th December 2017 by the Burmese authorities from Andang (Inn Din) village of Southern Maungdaw have been identified by our sources on 20th December 2017.
The 10 Victims were arrested on 31st August 2017, whom were killed after their arrest by military. Later to hide this crime against humanity military buried the 10 bodies in the pit according to the witnesses during the arrest in the village. The Identification of the 10 victims are:

- U Abul Hashim S/O U kamal, 30
- U Abdullah S/O Abul Kamal, 20
- Hafizullah S/O Muhammed, 28
- Rashid S/O Abdu Shukkur
- Abdu Majid S/O Muhammed, 45
- Begu S/O Amanullah, 25
- Dilu S/O Yousuf, 30
- Rafiq S/O Muhammed, 25
- Utamia S/O Abdu Rahman,45
The mass grave found was in a village of Maungdaw township, one of the areas worst affected by the violence after Rathedaung Township that has prompted the United Nations’ top human rights official to allege that Myanmar’s security forces may have committed genocide against the Rohingya.
Following the unfolding of this genocidal activities’ evidence Burmese government said it had banned Yang Hee Lee because she was “not impartial and objective while conducting her work” who was supposed to visit Myanmar in January 2018.
Ms Lee last visited Myanmar in July, where she raised concerns over the treatment of Rohingya Muslims in Arakan (Rakhine).
Rights monitors have accused troops of atrocities, including killings, mass rape and arson during those operations. The United States has said it amounted to “ethnic cleansing”.
